A Grievances and Redressal Cell in a College is a dedicated body or Committee responsible for addressing and resolving grievances or complaints raised by students, faculty, or staff members related to various aspects of college life.
Composition of the Committee:

- Co - ordinator cum Secretary
- Faculty in charge
- Faculty (2)
- M.Ed. Faculty
- Non-teaching Staff
- Student Representatives (2)
Objective
To ensure that student’s grievances are heard, considered, and resolved in a timely and impartial manner, fostering a healthy and harmonious environment within the college.
Functions
- Receiving and analyzing grievances related to various aspects of college, such as academic matters, infrastructure, administration, or any other concerns raised by students.
- Providing a fair and impartial process for handling grievances and treating with respect the concerns raised.
- Resolving grievances promptly and efficiently, minimizing any adverse impact on the academic or personal life of the students.
- Providing guidance to students on how to raise grievances and the steps involved in the resolution process.
- Promoting transparency, accountability, and a positive environment within the college.
Term : The Grievances and Redressal Cell shall be reconstituted in every year.
Meeting : The members of the Grievances and Redressal Cell assemble once in a year and whenever necessity arises.
